Leaders By Design is a club formulated to serve as a role model for aspiring Toastmasters who are leaders, current and past.

It is therefore essential that we adhere to our original “cause celebre” and remain a club ….

WHERE YOU CAN EXTEND YOUR TRAINING IN….

• Chairmanship
• International Speaking
• ..all part of our original promotion to prospective members.

This means, essentially, that whilst we will obviously enjoy each other’s company, we also need to be cognizant of the fact that we aspire to improve our leadership skills particularly.

It is vital that members practise the current protocol, explore new ideas, manage time carefully but also respect the surrounds in which we speak.

I believe this club has a strong future but this will only happen if we constantly review our membership criteria, challenge ourselves and each other and incorporate varied and stimulating agenda items.

Leaders may not be born but our club can certainly have a hand in the design process!!
