Planning for each meeting is usually performed around the District 69 Calendar. Whilst this means that meetings may occur infrequently (or too frequently for some!), the aim is to hold 12 meetings per year in various locations around the District.

Meetings are held at a restaurant venue typically after a Council Meeting, Conference or other major event in the District.
